I wanted to jot down the things I ate that got me into trouble, especially when binging at night.
*potato chips, not the ounce bag...
*snickers, hershey w/almonds, jelly beans
*popcorn sometimes air popped but LARGE bowl, and sometimes cheese covered
*pretzels (when I did buy them)
*idaho baked potatoes, alone for a meal
*pasta, 2-3 cups, alone for a meal
*burger king (med fries, junior whopper, and a hot fudge sundae with brownie)
*mcdonalds (med fries, fish sand, milkshake)
*local pizza shop (subs, pizza, wings)
*munching as soon as I walk in the door from work, scoopables, chips, whatever was crunchy
Portion control, what was that?
OH ya, then I got into experimenting with baking from scratch, banana cupcakes with peanut butter frosting..mmmm about 450 cal each, trust me I ate quite a few.
And then there is the eat what I have in the house binging.
Hope to keep this in mind, that THIS is how I got to 195...on my way back down thankfully...
I'm sure other things as well...but at the moment slipped my mind.
