This week's question: Do you think January has been a successful month for you? If so, what did you do that made it successful? If not, what can you change to reach a higher level of success in the upcoming months?
I think January has been an overall success. December was a HUGE plateau month for me. I didn't see a lot of change in the month and of course there were the holidays mixed in there. I started off January feeling a bit "blah".
About halfway through the month, I started seeing my body changing again. I added running to my routine and a few more pounds FLEW off! I've been working on adding more fruits and veggies, getting more sleep, and overall being more consistent in my workouts.
This month I've lost 10 pounds, 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. I definitely cannot complain about that!
