Another day... can I just change my diet by eating healthier and less and loose weight??

I know I should be working out more.. its been a while... I am wondering if I will loose weight by changing my eating habits.. ?

I would really like to make better choices... hmmmmm.... one day at a time I guess..

  Actually, I think you can. I've read a few times about obese seniors who have had to go live in nursing homes, and although they stay primarily sedentary, when their diet is altered, they drop pounds like mad.

And there was this one lady I saw on SP who went by "slimkatie" and she said she lost over 100 pounds. She said that at first she only changed her diet and didn't exercise. She said she really couldn't function, and had to drop a few pounds in the beginning just to lighten the load a bit. Now, she's a runner.

Personally, I would recommend moving those muscles. They are calorie-burning machines! That, and I wouldn't want to get all trim and not be toned & still feel loose and flabby. I am over 40 and have a lot to lose, so I think about stuff like that. But we are on our way!
