Finally feeling better

So i've been sick since saturday. Not like flu sick like raging head cold! these last two days have moreso been me just being really tired and blowing my nose. So i haven't worked out since saturday :((( But i walked on the treadmill for almost 2 hours today!! I've been eating horribly these last few days as well. and the meals at school do not help what so ever!

but thought i would post quick since i haven't in a while. Hope you all are doing well!! What kind of lunches do you like bringing to work that you can eat pretty quick?? I eat with the kids and sometimes he does not like to stay seated!! :) love him all the same tho!

    As much as we like to not eat lunch meat....I had days like that also. If it's not quick I don't get a chance to eat. So what I do is just use 2 oz of lunch meat which is usually a serving and load that bad boy up with lots of spinach and a may substitue like pesto to really give it a kick. A decent bread of course.
Veggie sticks and grapes...all hand food.
Good Luck. newest favorite is the juice of a cucumber and a 1/4 cup of apple juice. Sneaks in fruit/veggie serving.
