I started my journey on December 30th, 2012. I weighed in on January 16th, 2013. At this time it was almost three weeks. I weighed in and I lost ten pounds. I was really proud of myself. I have been exercising and watching what I eat. I have been seeing results in my body. My curves are more defined, and my legs and arms are toning up. I am looking at myself and starting to feel good about myself.
I am getting healthy and I am excited! I want to be healthy for my son. I want to be here for a long time. I want to be healthy again so that I will be able to get pregnant and still have my healthy habits, so that way I won't gained seventy pounds like I did with my first.
I am doing good so far and I don't want to give up this is the first time That I have stuck to something I wanted to do.
