Weigh In #3

A little bummed that the scale didn't move this week. I am not surprised though. I was off with my calorie intake, only squeezed in like 1-2 workouts and I have just not been feeling well.

I am going to the doctor in the a.m. to try and figure out what some of my issues are that have not gone away in quite some time.

I am not going to hang on to this less than stellar weigh in, I am going to use it to motivate myself to reach a big goal next week! (Next week will be my 2nd measurement and weigh in day).

I hope everyone has an amazing end to this week!

    Don't worry about it. If you didn't lose or gain it means you maintained and that is AWESOME!!

    Well, at least you didn't gain. You say your food wasn't stellar, but it couldn't have been too bad if you didn't feel well, but also didn't gain either. Don't beat yourself up too much over it. I hope you can get some questions answered.

    When the scale doesn't move one week... just think... At least it didn't go up! :)

(Also, you know, sometimes due to other stuff, our bodies don't lose weight even if we are losing fat. You see it on the biggest loser. Weight is a good thing to look at for trends, but how much you lose shouldn't define how you feel about yourself :) )
