I don't know what it is, but this week seems to have been going INCREDIBLY slowly.
And not only is it going slowly, it seems like I'm getting nothing done at work. Thankfully I will be leaving a little early on Friday, so that will break the week down a little bit. Maybe the next two weeks will be better, but otherwise it'll have to be refocusing and buckling down starting Monday.
So my stupid moment for the day. This morning before I left I reached in the freezer and grabbed one of my packages to defrost for the day, thinking it was chicken. Get home and open the package, anticipating chicken. Nope - definitely ribeye steak. Well - could cook it the same way, no big deal. Took a small portion and paired it with fruit and sour cream. And you know what - was still within all of my nutrition ranges for the day.
No workout today - Wednesdays are going to be rest days unless I start getting up earlier than I do now for work. Maybe a goal I tackle later this year - one thing at a time!!! The next goal is to start to plan my own meals for the week instead of following the nutrition tracker. -Gulp- We'll see how that goes. But I will get back to exercising tomorrow!
