I've been so irritable this week and then realized that -that lovely time is almost here and I was really craving junk-but I had some bolthouse chocolate protein shake and that seemed to satiate my cravings.
I had a frozen dinner-a meatless sesame chicken -i think its called lightlife
Reading back on the list I feel like I ate a lot-I don't know-
I also did no exercise today-well besides my usual do whatever I can with baby in my arms stuff.
I NEED to work on my water intake-some days I do so good but then I find that I'm in the bathroom every two minutes-I feel like if I could just get use to the large intake of water then my body will be able to process it better-I need to get it under control before I go back to work in August. I know that seems like a doable thing sometimes I dont know how but I go almost the entire day without drinking anything-why is it so hard??!
