snack apple and 1 oz cheddar cheese
lunch 1 cup creamy edamame soup and 1 slice ezekial break with butter
snack 6 oz 0 fat greek yogurt and 1 cup strawberries, blueberries
dinner a stir fry concoction that chris made with chicken lightly covered in cornstarch a little bit of olive oil, vinegar, braggs amino (soy sauce replacement), garlic, chicken broth, egg whites, sesame oil with broccoli and some soba noodles. i probably had a cup of soba noodles.
lunch 1 cup quinoa, white bean, spinach soup and 1 slice ezekial bread with butter about TBS
snack smoothie. made with almond milk, kale, orange juice, chia seeds, strawberries, banana, blueberries, omega 3 oil, protein powder and spirulina. I usually divide it in half but i drank most of it. So it was probably like 400 calories. yikes.
dinner Jason's deli salad with mixed greens, spinach, broccoli, tomato, red onion, peppers and cucumbers. I added a side of turkey and ham, some mozz and cheddar cheese (maybe 1.5 TBS, TBS bacon, 1 egg and a couple croutons. I used probably .5 TBS olive oil I also had like 8 noodles from Irie's Chicken Alfredo and a little less than a cup of their chocolate ice cream.
No idea the calories from that ordeal whatsoever and I'm kinda mad that I tried so hard to streer myself into a good choice and still pigged out so much. I was starving and had very little restraint. At least I got A LOT of vegetables in today. I hope that counts for something.
