Last Saturday, I did a water aerobics class that really worked me! I tried my best to keep up, because I wanted to push myself. Well, I ended up injuring my knee. How do you hurt your KNEE in water aerobics?! I thought the water would save me (and my joints) from all injuries! LOL Well, I've learned a hard lesson. My knee still hurts, but I haven't been to the dr. yet because I have a physical therapy appt in the morning anyway. I'll do what the PT recommends.
Meanwhile, I've done little exercise this week, walking in 5-minute increments a few times, taking ibuprofen and icing at home. Also, this morning I did some bicep and hammer curls with my dumbbells before I left for work. No reason why I can't do some upper body stuff, right?
