Yesterday I purchased a juicer. I'm so excited! I've been making fruit/veggie shakes in my blender but now I can try the Reboot type juice fast.
I tried my first juice this morning and it really was quite good and refreshing.
Now I'm going to have my dear hubby watch the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead video and hopefully have him join me in the fast.
