I am getting in better shape, but as I was doing an exercise video I realized I couldn't do any push-ups. Even the ones on your knees. So last week I started doing 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups a day. I just threw sit-ups in there because it seemed like I should be able to do those too.
Just a week later I can do 5 knee push-ups no problem with really good form. I can only do 1 sit-up, but last week I could do none. I'm going to keep adding more, and try to do "real" push-ups. But it amazed me how fast you can get better if you just keep pushing.
