I have been working hard to stay active and eat well. I am progressing toward my January goal. I have made note of a few of my patterns:
1. I walk more throughout the day when I were comfortable shoes. I have been monitoring my steps with my Fitbit. I have found that I walk a least 2,000 more steps at work when I am wearing comfortable shoes. I think I will need to plan to reward myself with comfortable shoes for work to replace a couple of really uncomfortable one.
2. When I am stressed I eat more junk, when I eat more junk I do not log my foods, when I do not log my foods, I neglect to check in on SP. i had an unmanageable amount of work to catch up on this past weekend and I have reflected on how I do not take care of myself when I am overwhelmed. I need to break this cycle. I know I have a busy weekend coming up. I AM going to log everything I eat. I AM going to heck in on the SP website for just a we minutes each day.
3. When I am overtired, I go into the cycle of not taking care of myself (see #2 above). I NEED to get at least 7 hours of sleep this weekend as I already know I have a lot to do.
