After being so worried yesterday, I was down 1.4 pounds this morning.
I did extremely well this past week. I had a goal to hit 250 fitness minutes...well, I blew that out of the water with 344. WOOT! WOOT! As for my calorie range; of the 11410 I could have at my high end, I came in at 11140. Again, WOOT! WOOT!
I have done this before and I knew I could do it again. I needed to get into a good routine with sleep, exercise, eating and work. I have just about accomplished all of that. No wonder I'm seeing such great results. I am definitely hoping for another great week next week with a fitness goal of 300 minutes.
