This is what I posted on my Spark Page in early Jan 2013
Earlier this year, 2012, I reached my heaviest weight of 280...I am not back down to 240, and ready to get back on track to reaching my goal1...12/11/12
12/18/12 So I have decided to set up an exercise goal. I want to be able to perform the following exercises:
crunches . 50
leg lifts 50
bicep curls 25 per arm..8 pound weights
overhead tricep curls 25...8 pound weights
lunges 25 per leg
kick backs 50 per leg
plank 60 seconds
For cardio I am focusing on walking at least 30 mins at least 3 times a day. Kinda upset cuz I have a gym memebership but having transportation issues, so I am making due.
THIS IS HOW I DID TODAY
50 squats (goal met)
13 lunges per leg
27 kick backs per leg
2 push ups...LOL
plank 40 secs
At this point I began to feel sick, probably cuz I had only eaten cereal earlier, so I stopped...I will be doing weekly updates. Oh MY MEASUREMENTS: SIGH!!!
I will post my weight tomorrow. 255
Well, needless to say, I haven't kept up with that plan, but it takes time to form habits. But I have lost 3 pounds in one week.
I am part of BLC21, a biggest loser competition here on Spark. I love my team!!! They have encouraged me and helped me to stay on track and I love them more and more everyday!!! I have gone a full week of no sodas, because or their encouragement. I was drinking like 4 sodas a day, the hard stuff like cokes, and energy drinks, sometimes to a day...
