Quick recap

I seem to grow lazy by the day.. I do the video but I don't sweat much anymore and while I don't dislike Debbie as some other have reported, I sure get annoyed by some of her comments, lol.. Sometimes I won't do all the reps and it happened I skipped a whole move. I try to stay in movement though. I sure didn't have much energy to spare tonight, and i'm back at work tomorrow morning, blergh.

Wondering if I'll make it to the 36 days. My arms and tights feels more toned and that's nice, a good motivator. I miss the soreness, I welcome the Ramp it Up! phase, though I can't say I'm happy it's longer.. I kind of struggle to make time in my day for it. I guess I'm a bit depressed overall at the moment, but it'll pass ;) I'm trying to cut the late night snack. Some restorative yoga (and the mindset needed to do yoga) would be great right now.

    Some days are easier than others, so take it one day at a time! 36 days might feel like forever (It's until the end of February afterall!) Staying in movement, as you say, is what matters. And you're probably not lazy, some days we just don't have the energy or we really do have to make an effort in our daily schedules to even get to the exercise part.
