I seem to grow lazy by the day.. I do the video but I don't sweat much anymore and while I don't dislike Debbie as some other have reported, I sure get annoyed by some of her comments, lol.. Sometimes I won't do all the reps and it happened I skipped a whole move. I try to stay in movement though. I sure didn't have much energy to spare tonight, and i'm back at work tomorrow morning, blergh.
Wondering if I'll make it to the 36 days. My arms and tights feels more toned and that's nice, a good motivator. I miss the soreness, I welcome the Ramp it Up! phase, though I can't say I'm happy it's longer.. I kind of struggle to make time in my day for it. I guess I'm a bit depressed overall at the moment, but it'll pass ;) I'm trying to cut the late night snack. Some restorative yoga (and the mindset needed to do yoga) would be great right now.
