Today was a wonderful diet day. AND the first day in years that I've logged my food. I do not plan on doing this regularly, it just takes to much time that I just don't have. But I wanted to get an idea of how I was doing. Even with the pasta I came in under budget (now if I can just avoid having it for breakfast tomorrow lol). Tonight I am taking a much needed rest from cardio. My knee has been hurting today so there is a bath and glass of wine in my future. Besides, my husband would probably appreciate it if I get rid of my "winter legs" hahaha! Was that TMI? Well enjoy that little tid bit of nastiness. I'll try to behave in tomorrow's blog. Have a wonderful day tomorrow! With your support I feel like I really will get fully back on track before long!!! Thank you as always for all of your wonderful support!!!! (never thought I'd need someone to hold my hand)

    Sometimes you need a break to baby your aches and pains. Trust me I know. I could not log any cardio this week because of a sinus infection, I was afraid my eyes would pop out because of the pressure. :)

    Way to go! I sunk into a hot bath last night as well. Mostly I was just cold, but it's such a reward after a long day, isn't it? You are doing great. I feel like we're all holding hands here, thank goodness!
