New Workout

So today after work, my daughter and I headed to Best Buy and I picked up two new DVDs. One was Biggest Loser Cross Training and the other is hip hop cardio because I LOVE to dance. I decided to try the biggest loser first and man oh man it's definitely a workout! Cross training is hard, I was sweating, and I definitely needed to get a cushiony mat for the floor when I do floor exercises. My butt hurts! I'm glad I changed out my workout. This is what I needed because I was getting tired of doing the same thing over and over. :)
