CIS, breakfast in bed

My BF made breakfast this ...afternoon. We split 3 eggs, made with onions and topped with a sprinkling of cheese, 2 jimmy dean sausages (ate just 1), a piece of toast (ate half), a donut and milk. It fit on one plate but when I used the calorie counter, its said 1,279!!!! Wow, we have gone out to eat and ate less calories in a meal than this. All time biggest meal, and it didn't even look that big. Eggs, 1 sausage, 1/2 toast, milk and a donut. Wow

ps. LOL, I accidentally put in 1.5 cups of eggs instead of 1.5 eggs. Calories are now 874. Still big, not the whole day's calories big.

    Delete the donut? I am just happy I stopped at one. LOL, No you are right. That was about 230 calories and offers nothing in return.

I am feeling better by the way. I hardly feel sick at all. I am glad I took the time off. Sometimes its hard to decide when to push on and when to rest and recover.

    I'm always surprised at how calorie dense some things are. I wonder where all the calories are hiding. LOL.

    Donuts are my number one offender, I just can't eat them without gaining. I did like donuts but I hated being heavy more. There is nothing like a calorie counter to help us stay honest.

    And, of course, if you had deleted the donut you would have an even more reasonable calorie count:) But kudos to your BF for making you breakfast -- Hurray:)
