Today was a Great Day for Change!

Today marked a great day and milestones for me. I did my first workout in a LONG time, did some Zumba and also played the Biggest Loser on the Wii for a bit, not to mention I also have been drinking water like a "rock star"... almost 6000ml today so proud of myself, just reaching the water and doing exercise today really made me feel that I CAN DO THIS!!! All little does add up, and I can do this!

Looking forward to tomorrow and my dietitian appointment, and finding out how that is going to go.

    Awsome achievement! You did great and probably had a ton of fun. Now, set a SP goal streak plan for regular fitness and go for it.
