No huge epiphanies to write about today. I just realized how normal I was feeling - which was odd, once I realized it. After 3.5 months since delivering Daisy, my truly "normal" feeling days are few and far between. It's pleasant when they happen. I am really, really crediting exercise to helping me this week. Although I am only holding myself to 20 minutes a day, i haven't done less than an hour. I feel so much better. I think after I have a D&C and my body stops thinking I am pregnant and my hormones get back to normal, I might actually see some weight-loss progress. For the meantime, though, the emotional benefits are huge.
