Food Journal 1.23.13

For breakfast, we had more zucchini bread and fruit. I had cream of wheat with a bit of milk and apples.

Lunch: Leftover cheeseburger soup, sugar snap peas and hummus.

Snack: Fruit salad with bananas, tangelos, apples, and pineapple

Dinner: Stir fry and brown rice - with sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, and maybe zucchini

I haven't had coffee in....4 days? I don't feel any craving for it, or need for the caffeine, but I know I have to figure out a way to do my Bible Study without that tantalizing bait that gets me out of bed.

    Well, it has been the lure of coffee...but now I'm not sure! I go to bed even before my kids do, but I have a baby and a toddler, so sleep is never a guarantee! (I also have insomnia during pregnancy, so sometimes I just lay there wishing I was asleep! Grrrr)

    Not sure what tantalizing bait gets you out of bed, but maybe going to bed a little earlier might help getting up in the morning??

(Seems so obvious but it took me doing the sleep challenge to really start doing it.)
