Ah, the dreaded plateau. I've been at 184 for 3 weeks now despite my efforts and I'm finally learning how to let go. I'm remembering that my healthy habits are forever, not just to make the number on the scale go down. I'm remembering that there is going to be a point when the scale isn't going to move down anymore, and eating well and exercising is what is going to keep it from moving up. I'm remembering to be proud of what I've already accomplished, and to love my body in all its glorious imperfection right now at 184 lbs. I've learned so many important lessons while sitting at this plateau that I'm actually glad that I had the opportunity to reach one.
