I stumbled across this while browsing the web today. Apparently this is a popular life coach evaluation/exercise to help people identify and evaluate how they feel about various areas of their life. I DEFINITELY want to do it when I have time, I think it could help anyone develop a plan to better themselves with or without a life coach. Hopefully you will find it useful as well!!
