I got this via email & needed to share:
"Tempted? Use an Unflattering Picture to Your Advantage
Let's face it. No matter how well a diet is working, or how satisfied we feel from a hunger standpoint, there's no avoiding the temptation of high carbohydrate, high fat foods that we know can be the lynch-pin to more and more episodes of falling off the dietary wagon.
This is completely understandable. We ALL have this issue. Step one is realizing it, forgiving yourself for having the cravings, and then reinforcing your personal strength by denying that craving and staying true to your weight loss goals.
One thing that can be extremely helpful is to find (or take) the most unflattering photograph of yourself in a bathing suit -- ideally one taken at your heaviest weight. Once you've found or taken this photo, print it out in a size that you can keep in a wallet or purse that you keep with you all the time. You could also save it on your phone, if you prefer.
Every time you have a moment of temptation where you want something you know you shouldn't have, reach for your photograph and examine it. Use the photo as a reminder of the place that you never want to go back to, and as motivation to exercise the discipline necessary to get to your goal."
I wish WeightNot included a link or a reference but they didn't so I hope I'm not violating anything by sharing their daily tip.
