Is this normal?

The last 3 nights I have been feeling so worn out. I've been exercising, watching my calorie intake, my water intake....and I feel like I'm coming down with something. I hear this is normal to feel like this as you transition. Thoughts?

    I think I might not be getting enough sleep. With my increased exercise, I'm definitely more wide awake. That's for sure!! :)

    I'm not sure if it's normal because I have some other issues that effect my personal level of fatigue but I have been WIPED out in the evenings as well when I exercise. I figure keep at it and my body will get used to it! emoticon
