Today is a good day. Actually this week is a good week. Me and my honey sat down and made a plan for eating, working out, cleaning, and even spending time together( we work opposite shifts and some weekends he is at drill so
) but I feel like the planning really came in handy. It allowed me to see what a typical week and month look like for me and him as well as some added accountability as I check off days I workout on the calendar for us both to see. Also I joined the 28 day bootcamp challenge and I am killing it as well as walked passed the cookies the cook put out today. I am feeling wonderful.
