Today is a good day. Actually this week is a good week. Me and my honey sat down and made a plan for eating, working out, cleaning, and even spending time together( we work opposite shifts and some weekends he is at drill so emoticon) but I feel like the planning really came in handy. It allowed me to see what a typical week and month look like for me and him as well as some added accountability as I check off days I workout on the calendar for us both to see. Also I joined the 28 day bootcamp challenge and I am killing it as well as walked passed the cookies the cook put out today. I am feeling wonderful.

    You ROCK!!! I'm a planner, too. Mapping things out like that is a good way to assess where you want to make changes. For example, you make time to see your honey since schedules don't align and you move other things around to make it happen but still get them in, too. Hubby and I have been on different schedules many times and you miss them when you don't see them. The emotional strength you get from your other half is very important. AWESOME job!!
