Well, my nutrition and fitness plans for the rest of the week are going to be off.

I haven't been feeling well since about Sunday night, and it got worse Monday afternoon. I took some day/night time pills and Tylenol, but nothing helped. Needless to say, my energy level is down and haven't worked out.
Went to the doctors today, finally, and I have the flu. Fll blown head, throat, fever, cough, stomach...everything. The dr gave me medicine. He told me no work till Monday. He also said to exercise till about mid-next week, as my body may take longer to feel rested (symptoms will start going away soon, but the aches and fatigue and overall tiredness will take longer to go away).

I also can't keep anything in my stomach right now, so I'm not getting in many calories. I'm drinking water and ginger ale, but that's all my stomach can handle. I tried even tried chicken noodle soup.

So I will just be taking it slow until I feel better.

    Oh, I can totally feel you right now. I don't have the full blown out flu, but I have one heck of a cold or sinus infection or something. I am pushing through my exercise routine, but I feel really punk doing it. I really hope you feel better soon!

    emoticon SO sorry, that sounds absolutely miserable.

Just focus on getting better... the fitness etc will have to wait!

I highly suggest a large dose of probiotic for your tummy.
