I am now 1 day post Reset!
Let me tell you I have learned so much about myself and my relationship with food. I'm not an emotional eater but moreso someone that gravitates to the fridge when I'm 'idle' I'm usually a busy body into stuff and don't have time to cook and eat healthy. But these last 21 days made me fully aware of this habit.
21 day of prep, cook, eat, wash dishes and sleep!! HAHA seriously this is how much nites where with of course family dinner when it was easier for me to cook their chicken and stuff first than mine. But they too enjoyed a few of my meals that will now be a staple in our household.
Most of the meals were simple and under 20 minutes. But there were a hand full that needed 30-45min tops! Which was not bad at all!

Crazy I think. I thought losing more inches would be on my side but i have greatly noticed my lower stomach shrinking. So its time to really go hard with my workouts to get my abs tight again after having this baby. But happy I did this Reset in its entirity. When ppl say just eat clean - yea i knew that but eat what, recipes, benefits of eating more veggies/fruits. Organic foods are better for you etc... I needed to gradually learn this concept to incorporate into my life - not just go Cold Turkey and get frustrated and fail right away! This was my answer and money will worth it.
I now know that I can follow a meal plan. So i need to start using my program nutritional guides LOL so simple to do but I always neglected that part - how dumb was that. This day forward I know I can eat clean if I really want results - its easy to workout honestly. The hardest is eating right!! Of course thats where many ppl fall into but I now take full hold of this 'challenge' and will step up and make my workouts mean something by feeding my body more of healthy foods as I was not doing before!!
It's a TOTAL NEW ME. I'm ready to kill the next 3 months to be ready for Swimsuit season - Watch Me Do Me :D
