It's day 3. Today I had a minor headache (still having caffeine, sugar withdraws) but once that left, I felt great. Might actually make it to the gym tonight despite our awfully cold weather here (it was -9 yesterday. Today its probably like 2 degrees). Just want to lay in bed all day with a warm blanket and a good movie. But ah, I need some exercise.

Found some sugar free foods at Trader Joe's. Love that place. It's somewhat fun finding new things to eat (as long as they don't taste yucky). I made a yeast free, sugar free, wheat free dish last night and my husband even liked it. It was basically like hamburger helper, but healthy :)

So tonight is another experiment. We'll see how it goes :)
