Started day off eating wrong but hope to make up for it.

    Tina you definitely look like you are losing some weight so emoticon to you. Eating some thing other than what you planned is Ok, just adjust your food tracking by adding the food in and make adjustment in your plans for the day. It happens. It is obvious that you are thinking healthier. Eating more vegetables is a good way to round out your day, stay within your calorie range and not feel deprived. You are really doing a great job.     It's so good to hear from you again! The main thing is that you're so more mindful of your wrong. That's what SP did for me too! The way I ate before alot of the time, didn't seem so wrong. Like lots of pasta because it was so low-fat, but it's the over-all calories that add up and up that really make the difference! So little by little, you'll be getting more and more of the hang of it,like you're already trying to eat more freggies! emoticon YOU'RE DOING IT!!
