Hello again! *clears out the dust and cobwebs*
...yeah, this thing hasn't seen much use in the past few months, but here's hoping that might change!
This week we have several challenges and goals:
Nutrition: Use a calorie counter - I use SP's tracker daily.
Fitness: Create a fitness plan (share it in a blog!) - Well, here goes!:
M - Splashburner Class (high-intensity water aerobics) - 1 hour
T - Resistance Bands and core workout - 30 min
W - Zumba Class - 1 hour
R - Resistance Bands and core workout - 30 min
S - Some cardio activity - 1 hour
Motivation: Comment on at least 5 teammates blogs this week. Send someone (and yourself) a Sparkgoodie. - Already finished! (though..I haven't sent myself a Sparkgoodie...that seems a little silly, :P)
Take the Measurements and Fitness tests.

- I will be doing this sometime this weekend when I can get back to the gym.
My individual goals:
Drink 8 cups of *water* not sodas, water, everyday
At minimum go to my M/W exercise classes
Try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep a night. (guys, this is a vast improvement over the 4 I was getting before)
That should get me started.
