Denial is comfortable. The truth is 40-45 pounds came back for several reasons.
1. I stopped going to the gym in August
2. I binged on trigger foods at least once a week
3. I was drinking coffee and energy drinks daily
4. I stopped packing my lunch, measuring and planning in April
5. I ate in front of the TV, in the car, alone or with someone who thinks it's ok to eat cheese and bacon!
Ouch---truth is not only uncomfortable it can hurt.
