Time to get Serious

So it's the New Year and I realize that although I've maintained a good fitness level, I'm sure not eating the best for a diabetic, which is hindering my weight loss. So, I've made an appointment with a diabetes nutritionist and a fitness instructor for next week. I've also set up these goals:
--550 fitness minutes per month, beginning 2-2013
----dance more sit less (especially @ work), Zumba, more weights- triceps
--significantly reduce white flour & sugar
--more fruits and veggies
--more legumes and fiber
--faithfully track food
--Declutter-toss min. 5 things per week
---clean spice rack
---clean can shelf
---clean pots and pans
---clean front closet
--attend church more
--do @ least one good deed a day
--knit more
--cross stitch more
