Today's SparkCoach lesson was about those around you who sabotage your diet and how to deal with them. I started to wonder...who is my diet sabetour? I ran through the list of family members, co-workers, friends...and to be real honest...none of them sabotage my diet.
So...what happens if I am my own diet sabetour? How do I "handle" that. I know that my mind has to be where it should be for my program to work. But what about those times where my head isn't in the right place?
Any comments on this topic would be great.
I can email my SparkCoach on Friday. I may have to ask them this question and see what they suggest.
On another note...yoga last night was IN-FREAKING-CREDIBLE!!! I absolutely love my yoga class and look forward to going again on Thursday.
Tonight I'm taking my dog on a walk. There is a park near my home that has a trail with 2 major hills. My goal is going to be to walk the hills 4 times...one way then back, then repeat. Wish me luck.
