GOT A NEW CHALLENGE...WHO'S IN?!?!?!

So in sprucing up my sparkpage and Revving it up in honor of my RED Team on CAMO Crew I was looking up fitness pics to make my page pop.. I added quite a few check them out plus my new on FIYAH page...but I came across this pic here:



So in February in honor of the month of emoticon I'm gonna do the exercise I LOVE to HATE and my glutes,abs and thighs will love me for....SQUATS!!! So who's gonna join me? Haven't set my goal yet but I'm thinking since it's a chsllenge I need to aim for doing 100 to 125 straight. Crazy I know..so if you want in let me know. I will post a blog in couple of days with what my goal will be..Come on join me...You'll gain a great ASSet emoticon

  I want to do this too! I'll try for 100 for the 1st two weeks and then 125 for the last two. emoticon

    I LOVE squats, hate lunges. I just don't have the balance. I'm in! Let me know how many you decide to do and I'll match it. I've been doing 180 a day (but not all at once) and really notice a difference in my a$$ets! I pretty much have had a flat butt and now it's lifting and getting rounder!

    You've got this in the bag! In December, my local BGR group did a squat challenge where we started the month at 50 squats and added 5 a day through the end of the month... great definition in the glutes!

    OK that girls butt is way too perfect and round. lol That would be AWESOME! But I think I need some Brazilian or African in me to get THAT bootie! lol Some white girls got some boodies but mine isn't like that. lol I'm down for 100 every other day in Feb! :)
