So, I'm taking on a new challenge. I have hit my goal weight and love the way I look. I am feeling really good, although I have days where I struggle. I mean, what person doesn't, right?
Well, here is my new challenge. I have been taking on a 'clean eating' approach to life and it has been going really well. I want to truly commit to this lifestyle. I have become so much more aware of my eating since taking on clean eating a few month ago.
So, with this 30 day challenge, I plan to eat SUPER clean and be truly committed to my efforts to sustain a clean and wholesome eating plan. Here are my goals for the next 30 days:
1. blog every day about how I feel, what I am doing and where I am at.
2. Weigh in once a week...not everyday, like I have been compulsively
3. Eat clean
4. Track food
5. Drink lots of water
6. Sleep at least 6-7 hours a night (this is a lot for me as a phd student, I'm used to operating on 4 a night).
7. meditate each day.
I am hoping to see a healthier me after 30 days and I am convinced that I already have the foundational habits down of clean eating, but now I want to make it permanent and not have days where I am putting something in my body that is not what it craves, needs or wants. If it takes 30 days to break a habit or start a new one, this is just what I need!!!
