I feel great! I look forward to working out. I bought the spark cookbook and have made several things in it. I don't feel deprived from eating anything. Had a small piece of cake at my daughters birthday party and enjoyed every bite of it because I planned for it. I've lost 5 lbs so far and my jeans aren't as snug. Looking forward to week 4 of the challenge.
