It's Party Day!!! Come one, come all!!

Today is party day for Susan, HZGLORY, to celebrate her reaching the 50 lb loss mark. Everyone is invited to this virtual party! It's an all day, into the night affair so come anytime.

What wonderful people we have met here, so many responded to yesterday's post with Spark Goodies for the party, comments and items they would bring. I am so happy to see the sucess of the party, if you knew Susan, she is such a dynamo and a great friend. If you don't know her, check her out you might want to add her as a friend as she is such an inspiration to all she meets.

Thank you for the decorations, the food, flowers and balloons that you sent. Susan herself picked out the music from uTube, it's on my info page under comments if you want to see what you'll be dancing to. That's just part of it as I rented out a mansion where I went to a wedding in Connecticut last Oct. It has several ballrooms and each one will have a different type of music for everyone's pleasure. Like the spokes in a wheel, the hub will house the food buffet. It's all healthy except for the celebration chocolate that someone sent as a treat. What's a party without chocolate! I even made sugarfree soda cupcakes! If you never had these, they are great and so easy. Just a box of sugarfree cake mix and a can of diet soda, I used Funetti mix with orange soda, fantastic and low in calories too.

I didn't think of table decorations but someone else did and sent them. Susan you said you were bringing something but it's your party and you don't have to do a thing. I even got a medal for you to mark the occasion. Something to remember how it felt when you reached this point and to look at when you are down. You have a lot of friends cheering you on.

Just a little note that this party is strickly for Susan and not me. Perhaps some misunderstood that.

    Thank you Noreen and friends, I loved all the goodies and fun stuff today. I have been stylin my Hot Red Heals, Wearin my Tiara, as I hit the doctors this moring to find out the results of my biopsy, that was not Cancerous whoo hoo on that (didn't think it was) But I do a serious Cronic Inflamitory thing going on in my bladder so with meds and check ups we hope to get rid of it. Who know maybe I will be able to hop around dancing without a run to the rest room(really I do not rest in there) lol.

    Loved all the decorations and music and gifts. Thank you for all of Noreens friends that joined in as well. I received several e-mails from many nice folks and I loved all the attention and whoo Haa. So I have been thinking about my next 50 and how to start of the push. My Son left to Paris two days ago and he will be back the first week of March. So I thought that would be a good short goal to focus on. I will push for 10 lbs gone by then and two more inches from the ole Bod. I still remember when I started my very first goal was to lose 3 lbs by my birthday. Lol that makes me smile. My start date was second week of Aug and I wanted to lose it by Sept 9. I actually surpassed that one fast and was shocked I lost 20 by my B-day. That gave me the Spark I needed to jump into Spark with both feet, head, arms, legs, well you get my drift. I haven't looked back yet. So my goal is 10 by in my heart of hearts my push will be for 20. I want him to seem me and say OMG you really have lost weight. Noone I know yet has noticed I lost weight. My sisters said they did, but they acted like they were maybe just being nice. But that does not bother me, but I would like someone to notice besides me. Not even my doctor noticed, he just responds to the numbers lol. But back to the point. I have a goal. So I plan to talk to the reck center by my house and see what it would cost to take skating lessens to add to my activity. I have always wanted to know how to really skate good enough to skate backwards, lol. Plus one day when I get the bucks I plan to visit NY and skate in Rockafella center, so I need to learn. I am also gonna start logging my miles of walking, skating, zumbing & anything else active I can do to start traveling to each of my Spark friends houses virtually. I have to plan my first destination and then I will let you know. I got this idea from another Sparker that is doing the same thing. She has logged gobs since she started and I think that will give me the motivation I need to push that little bit extra. Thank you once again everybody and Party Harty especially if you are on the North side of the country experiencing all those horrible low degrees. So I will finish up the night with a great fun party song that is a just fun video...turn it up loud and just bounce. Hugs Susan

    DSBride emoticon job on the decorations. It all looks so festive and perfect for celebrating our friend, Susan. I see you've even thought of a table for the gifts we've brought. emoticon . She so deserves these many gifts for her determined hard work in overcoming obstacles to reach her goal for phase 1.
