hi everyone yesterday i finished my 2 day cleanse day and i feel awesome!! nowi am on a shake day of my 9 day cleanse.. ( i started later then i was planning..)
and i feel soo full now lol and great, i planned my snacks and my lunch today at work!
i also joined weightwatchers for my mom.... so i am using them to learn about food more and good habits and weigh ins and meetings.. it is kinda fun! and i am supporting my mom! :) so that will be my weekly weigh in.. i cant wait to see where i am at!
in this diet it is possible to loose up to 5 lbs per week if you follow plan! but i m good anywhere between 2-5 lbs loss a week.. lol but if i did loose 5 lbs per week ill be 100lbs lighter in 5 months!! but that is a bit unrealistic.. lol so ill just do the best i can! and i am hoping to be down at least 15lbs by march 11! and if i make that goal i am getting BOOTS!
