Run 2 & 3 for the week

Hi all!! So yesterda was a full, full day! I had to open at work and then go straight to class and then at 830pm I got home and ran 3.10 miles and did 50 push ups. Now when I got home from class we had some friends over and I breifly said hi and told them that I had to run and I would be out after my run and they said ok and hurry up. Well first of all I told my bf that I had to run after class, now i dont know if he shared that with our friends or not and second, how are people that dont run or workout gonna tell me to hurry up and run 3.10 miles quickly. I mean come on!! Running has all ways and will all ways be a top prioity in my life, other than my family and loved ones. Now we just met this couple in October and I dont think they understand just how much running is a part of my life. They ended up leaving before I got done running and I thought to myself, oh well. In May when we go on our float trip and Im all lean and toned do you think Im gonna regret that run????? AAAHHHH HE** NO IM NOT!! I texted them when I was done and I said, sorry but I had to run im training for a race. I thanked them for coming over and they just said ur welcome and we will catch you next time. I hope they can get over it because thats how every Tuesday is going to be if I have to work. Its not a option in my mind, If I want to slim back down then I have to put in HARD WORK AND DEDICATION and "real friends" that know how much I luv to run would and will understand that and if not than you both can kick rocks!!!
Ok im off my soap box, it just blew my mind that they left because they felt "Offended" i mean really!! I would of been in a bad mood the whole night if I didnt get my run in and then they would of been Offended because of my mood. I would of been screwed ether way...lol Oh well some people just dont understand. I guess most people have not found their calling or passion in life so they dont understand, which I get but dont get Offended over it, gosh...lol
lol Sorry I had to get that off my chest and man I feel better. Any who im still on track to reach my goal this week and that im proud of!!! keep on sparking!!
