I did my C25K today on the treadmill. Must say I liked it more than running around inside. I did 30 minutes! But will get back on it later. I'm thinking 30 min in the morning then 30 min at night, then doing my 30 day shred sometime.
I love it!!! I can get something called an ifit and it is like a trainer and also it is Google map compatible!! Trails in Europe here I come! Also other countries maybe even some mountains!!! Going to have fun with this.
Ryan has finally agreed to start eating healthy and working out! After I broke down in front of him telling him how hard it is to watch him eat cheese burgers and other things I miss. And also the fact he sees how great I'm feeling and my new energy level!!! He said he needs to play catch up to keep up with my craziness :).
I created new journal with entirely new things! Have some awesome inspiration quotes and photos in there. I left random pages here and there to put my photos as I go and to write down things when I find times getting rough. Figured I could look back in it years down the road and be proud of what I've accomplished if ever feeling down.
