from the Mini Ice Cream cones. Apparently, I don't have a reasonable response to those. I will be putting them on the 'Do Not Eat' list, not because they made me gain weight, but because they were so easy to eat, I ate the whole box
. Granted, its only 60 grams of carb and 500 calories, still, that is not what I'm on Spark to do: eat out of control. Reason is on my to do list, reasonable is my style.
In other news: today is a rest day. I'm sore from yesterday's workout. I may do some yoga
. I will be spending the day scheduling estimates, entering data, and doing chores. We anticipate rain, so if I do my dream schedule with the added miles, it will be with
Leslie Sansone's help. I know many people don't care for her, but I like her happy go lucky style and that the workouts are low impact. Gentleness is a good thing.

My new DVDs arrived. I bought Kathy Smith's
'Tummy Trimmers' and the Goddess series of belly dance workouts on DVD. I got them at a great price, 40 bucks including shipping. I won't be buying anything further this year regards workouts (unless I need shoes) because I'm not in the financial position to do so. I also got Shiva's Trance Dance
disc. I previewed them last night, I wasn't sure about Trance Dance. But, now I'm so glad that I bought it. I love DVDs to have a great production value and I'm really fond of anything without shoes. I try to do at least one workout without shoes every week.
I did a meditation about increasing my prosperity. I will do one today about improving my concentration.
