Down another 6/10ths of a lb., and bummed out a bit. I was hoping to set a new low weight by now. I guess I should avoid pizza and pop..lol. Its been 2 days for a small cheat, and I still need to lose a whole lb to set a new low. Another 1.8 to get below 215. I have 8 weigh-ins left in January, and I will reach my goal. I messed up 1 of my 4 goals by cheating, but I will get the other 3.
My friends and I rented a basketball court this morning. We played for 75 minutes, and I burnt 1055 calories according to my tracker. Part of why I thought I would lose more weight today. I waited to weigh in till after the game, and before breakfast..lol. I figured I would step on the scale, and have a nice new shiny number. I pictured 215.4, and had to stop and remind myself of how good I am doing, before I got depressed.
I feel too good for that though. I washed dishes, and ate my mushroom scramble. Lunch/Dinner is thawing, Chicken thighs ( 22 ozs. ), adding tomatoes, and onions again today. I am resisting the urge to eliminate carbs from my diet, and cut my calories. I still find 2 cans of tomatoes, and a 1/2 cup of onions, and one of mushrooms to be a lot of carbs. However it is only 44 carbs total. I am probably going to walk to the grocery later. My brother needs mustard, and I am thinking of getting a bit of broccoli, so I can have a broccoli scramble. I will have to pre-cook the broccoli though, and may add some cheese. I can't have a lot because of the Vitamin K content, but once a week will be fine, and it will be another fresh vegetable. I am down to just my tomatoes, and green beans in cans. I finally switched to fresh mushrooms.
Tonight I think American Idol is on. I'll watch it because nothing else is on. Till then I will read after going to grocery, and see if my brother has anything to do. Have a great day.
