Slow start

Yesterday I spent most of the day sitting in a classroom which is exactly the opposite of my normal day. Fortunately, I had packed a good lunch that kept me in my calorie goals...too bad I went out for drinks afterwards emoticon.

I need to remind myself constantly that if I don't do great on my goals one day its not the end of the world. One day once in a while is OK. Just get back on track the next day!

So today I'm going to walk more at work than I have been and I will be doing a zumba workout tonight after church. Today is going to be a great day!
