week 2 cont'd

Well week 2 is going pretty good. I've been to the gym 3 times this week. Made it 5 days last week. I still have 2 more days to get there this week. I will do it. My eating is back on track for the most part. Ive been pretty happy with how I am doing and will continue this journey until finally the weight is gone!
