WoW! Time really gets away from me, but I apologize for not posting regularly, its difficult when I dont get online at home much, but will be working on that in the future,
Update on TapOUt: love the workouts but 32 days in strained my lower back due to bad form, then ended up with siatica!! talk about a nightmare pain!!!
But better now, I have signed up for the Hero Rush 5k obstacle course in April, and am now training for it incorporating tapout with my trainers workout!!!

Still having a hard time with watching the amount of food I eat, I do choose more healthy foods but I tend to eat too much!!
