Juice taste

The juice I made yesterday was pretty good! I hardly tasted the vegetables but then again I like celery.

So far since I first weighed myself at my mom's house in the beginning of the month, I lost five pounds! That's just by watching what I'm eating and not drinking soda. Just imagine if I actually got serious like I did last year! Don't worry it's going to happen, like I mentioned in an earlier blog, it's a baby step process. February 9th is start of serious training and such.

Some of my friends and I might do the Biggest Loser Run/Walk thing happening in Colorado on May 4th which also happens to be around the end of the 90 challenge! What better way to show off all my hard work by doing a 5k or something?

I also saw that the Color Run is happening in Colorado at the end of April and I would like to do that one too. We shall see!!

An apple added to your veggie juice will give it an awesome flavour and will tone down any strong veggie taste... emoticon
