- 8+ glasses of water
- cardio + core work
-log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was good. I didn't exercise, but it won't put me back because I'm going tonight and am already close to my calories burned goal for the week. I drank plenty of water and stayed within my calorie range. I tracked everything and felt good. Hoping for another good day today. So far it's left much to be desired, but I'm on track.
Today is a GIFT.
