kick starting the new year

I have been having some stomach problems and my specialist told me to eat 6 half meals a day . I struggle with 3 one cup full meals as it is . To start with how do I plan around 6 half meals ? How do I balance nutritional levels? I am on a high protein diet.
! One and a half ounces of meat AGH? How do I not make this into grazing? I am frustrated and could really use some feedback. thanks for listening to my drama
